2013 Assessment of the conformity of the special rolling stock type KŽU-571 with the technical project, traffic safety audit and EU technical specification for interoperability (TSI).
The project evaluated the main technical parameters of the railway crane.Stationary tests evaluated the compliance of the main gauge with the 1-T gauge, fixing of equipment, operation of the coupling equipment, conformity of the equipment installed in the crane platform with traffic safety requirements and the design and technical documentation.The dynamic tests checked and evaluated the driving characteristics, resistance of the main supporting structure and trolley components, electrical equipment, workplace ergonomics.The test results were used for the conclusions of the assessment. 2013 Assessment of the conformity of the crossing flooring of the solid rail fastening system (ERS) with the technical project, traffic safety audit and EU technical specification for interoperability (TSI).
The project evaluated the requirements for the ERS installation, i.e. requirements for the road bed and its preparation, construction material, also general requirements for the construction of railway crossings. The methodology for the assessment of the technical interoperability of the ERS system with specifications was prepared. The test results were used for the conclusions of the assessment of the ERS system. View album
2012–2013 The assessment of conformity of the 630 M model diesel train built by PESA Bydgoszcz SA with the technical project, requirements for traffic safety audit and European Union technical specification for interoperability (TSI).
The project evaluated the main technical characteristics of the diesel passenger train 630M. Stationary and dynamic tests were carried out to check and evaluate couplings, 1-T gauge compliance, chassis components concerning fall on the track, systems of power station and its control and diagnostics, measurement of the load on the railhead, the brake system, electrical equipment, traffic safety components (internal and external lighting, door control, fire alarm system, signalling, joint management system, safety system KLUB, video surveillance system).The test results were used for the conclusions of the conformity assessment of the diesel passenger train 630M. 2012–2013 The assessment of the operation of the rail motor car AGRc-1200 on 1520 and 1435 mm gauge railway tracks for the conformity with the European Union technical specification for interoperability (TSI), other European Union legislation and compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
The project assessed the main technical characteristics of the rail motor car AGRc-1200 and hydro manipulator. Stationary and dynamic tests checked and evaluated the compliance of the 1-T gauge with the requirements, operation of signalling lamp units and audible signals, elements of the protection from falling on tracks, hydro manipulator fixing structure and its components, workplace in terms of ergonomics, reliability of operation of brakes, electrical equipment.The test results were used for the conclusions of the traffic safety audit of the rail motor car AGRc-1200 with the hydro manipulator. 2012–2013 Switching locomotive TEM TMH driver’s guide (Guide).
The programme analyses the locomotive’s main technical characteristics and purpose as follows:• technical characteristics of assemblies and aggregates;• description and maintenance of the diesel engine and supervised systems, possible failures and methods for their removal;• operation of electrical systems and apparatus;• crew part of the locomotive;• sand supply and fire protection systems;• flange lubrication;• braking system and its operation, control possible failures and methods for their removal;• description and purpose of the communication system;• description of the driver’s cab, the peculiarities of working conditions in the cold season;• operating fluids;• occupational safety and sanitation;• actions to receive the locomotive. 2012 Assessment of the conformity of the modernization of rail motor car MPT6 No 142 with manipulator PK15002 under the technical specification.
The project evaluated the basic technical characteristics of the rail motor car MPT and hydro manipulator.Stationary tests checked and evaluated the compliance of the 1-T gauge with the requirements, operation of warning lights, elements of protection from falling on the track, coupling equipment.The dynamic tests assessed the load of the rail motor car to rails, operation of brakes, conformity of electricity equipment and conformity with traffic safety requirements.The test results were used for the conclusions of the traffic safety audit of the rail motor car MPT with the hydro manipulator. 2012 Assessment of the conformity of remotorized freight M62K class diesel locomotive equipped with pneumatic brakes (EOS) with traffic safety requirements and certificates.
The project assessed the need for the installation of EOS. It also assessed the conformity of the amendments of the design documentation of the locomotive M62K when installing EOS.Stationary tests checked and evaluated the supporting structures of the brake chassis and body, protection from falling on the track, compliance of the 1-T gauge with the requirements, set geometrical parameters of wheel pairs, assessed the compliance with the requirements for ergonomics and electricity equipment.The dynamic tests were carried out on the EOS system integrated with the M62K locomotive. The test results were used for the conclusions of the assessment of the general conformity of traffic safety audit. View album
2010 Assessment of the conformity of TEM TMH class switching locomotive built under the CZ LOKO project with traffic safety requirements.
The conformity assessment of the switching locomotive TEM TMH-002 analysed the major technical parameters of the locomotive, conformity with requirements for gauge and ergonomics, design of chassis elements and its condition, body structure, noise levels. Dynamic tests were performed to evaluate the dynamic driving characteristics, resistance of the main body and trolley elements. The test results were used for the conclusions on the conformity of the switching locomotive TEM TMH-002 with the technical and normative documents and legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. 2008 Assessment of the conformity of draisine 620M under the technical specification.
The project assessed technical parameters of the draisine 620M, its technical and normative documentation, operation of the main body. Test runs of the draisine were prepared and carried out. The data obtained allowed conclusions on the conformity of the technical specification of the draisine 620M with the technical and normative documents and legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
